What is a managed workplace?
A complete setup for your Pakistan team: CCI is the Employer of Record and provides a fully furnished office, IT, generator backup and an on-site Center Manager. Your team works only for you and you direct their work.
Do I need a company in Pakistan?
No. CCI acts as the Employer of Record (EOR), handling employment, payroll, EOBI and taxes, so you don't need a Pakistan entity.
Who manages the team day to day?
You do. You assign tasks, manage performance, approve hires and decide team structure, processes and tools. CCI handles employment, compliance, facilities and on-site administration.
How is pricing structured?
One monthly rate per seat that covers salary, statutory costs, infrastructure and CCI's management fee. The minimum engagement term is 12 months.
How fast can my team start?
Non-technical roles are typically seated within 10 days once requirements are confirmed.
What happens if a team member leaves?
CCI replaces them free, with no additional recruitment fee.
