This survey will be conducted using three tools of diagnosis.

Tool 1 for all staff: Organizational Diagnosis Questionnaire – Online Survey

Tool 2 for CxOs and Head of Departments: One-on-One Interviews

Tool 3 for People Managers (N-1): Focus Group Sessions

Diagnostic Report Section 1 - provides insights based on the Seven Dimensions.

Diagnostic Report Section 2 - provides Executive Summary of the Development Programs proposed based on the findings.

Diagnostic Report Section 3 - provides roadmap and strategy for implementation of the identified development needs.

Diagnostic Report Section 4 - this section provides a proposed combination of development programs that the client is recommended to follow while implementing the same.
